A name must have two elements. A distinctive (unique) element, that can't be common or popular English words. It should be a unique name or made up words. Second part is the descriptive element that normally describes the organization. The name may or may not have suffix (no obligation) such as foundation, association, institute, society etc.

If your purpose is to use this name to incorporate (limited liability company), choose any one of the legal suffix. All of them have same legal meaning, choice is for appearance purpose only. If your purpose is to use this name for sole proprietorship or master business license or trade name/business name registration or non-profit organization, choose the option "none".

Only one or two major activities should be sufficient. The description could be very brief (in a single line).

A NUANS® Report having exact conflict or partially conflict with an existing name won't work. In such case, you have to order again a new report with an alternative name. This process will continue until you get a successful report. The process costs money and time. To avoid this problem, government has introduced the pre-search system in the name database.
